With over 30 years of cross-industry experience in the automotive aftermarket and the broader industrial sector, Alex joins Pelsis as it continues to accelerate its development as the leading technical product manufacturer and distributor to the global pest control industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, Alex led the Delphi Technologies Aftermarket Business Unit, within NYSE listed BorgWarner Inc., driving significant growth and profitability improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining Delphi in 2017, Alex served as Senior Group Vice President and Lead Division Manager of ABB\u2019s Electrification Division in Asia. He started his career with TRW in 1990, where he spent 25 years in positions of increasing seniority across both Europe and Asia-Pacific and ultimately served as Vice President of Global Aftermarket.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the appointment, Martin Schwab, Managing Partner at Pamplona, said: \u201cI am very pleased to welcome Alex to Pelsis. His deep, hands-on experience within complex global businesses makes him the ideal choice to accelerate Pelsis\u2019 growth and capture the significant opportunities ahead of us, as well as continue to drive consolidation within the industry following the acquisition of Brandenburg and Sanitrade last year\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Commenting, Alex Ashmore said: \u201cI am delighted to join the Pelsis team at this exciting time for the Company.
