Pelsis Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Alex Ashmore as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from 1st<\/sup> February 2023 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Alex brings a wealth of global leadership experience with a proven track record in international growth, business transformation, cultural development, and integration. With over 30 years of cross-industry experience in the automotive aftermarket and the broader industrial sector, Alex joins Pelsis as it continues to accelerate its development as the leading technical product manufacturer and distributor to the global pest control industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Previously, Alex led the Delphi Technologies Aftermarket\nBusiness Unit, within NYSE listed BorgWarner Inc., driving significant growth\nand profitability improvement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Prior to joining Delphi in 2017, Alex served as Senior Group\nVice President and Lead Division Manager of ABB\u2019s Electrification Division in\nAsia. He started his career with TRW in 1990, where he spent 25 years in\npositions of increasing seniority across both Europe and Asia-Pacific and ultimately\nserved as Vice President of Global Aftermarket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Commenting on the appointment, Martin Schwab, Managing\nPartner at Pamplona, said: \u201cI am very pleased to welcome Alex to Pelsis.
