Pelsis Digital App only collects the data necessary for the app’s intended purpose. Pelsis Digital App does not passively collect any users personal or sensitive data in the background.

\u00b7 Usage data: This includes information about how you use our app, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, and the searches you perform.

\u00b7 Digital Device: This includes device name, installation notes and device location.

How do we use your information?<\/span>

We use your information to:
\u00b7 Help you with our products or your account. For example, we may use your information to set up your account, to help you use our platforms or products, and to respond to any issues or questions you have.
\u00b7 Help provide and improve the platforms and our products. This includes to help us to fix, plan, or maintain our digital products, to upgrade, optimise, personalise or improve our platforms, to understand our users, and to research and develop our products (including through our use of analytics and aggregated insights).

on a map showing the approximate location of digital products and the effectiveness or success of the products. This data will not include any personal information.

How do we store and protect your information?<\/span>

We care about the security of your personal information and will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe. In particular:
\u00b7 Secure Storage: Data is stored securely and only accessible via authorized roles and users who have been approved. Regular internal access reauthorization is required to maintain security. All user data is stored and secured with Auth0. Password clear text is never stored; Password resets occur transparently with Auth0.
\u00b7 Encryption: All data between the mobile application and servers is end-to-end secured using industry standard HTTP(s) over TLS.
\u00b7 Access Control: Pelsis Digital implements strict access controls. Only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data as above.
\u00b7 Data Retention Policy: Data is retained indefinitely for the purpose of improving the product. User related data is removed within 30 days of a request to remove.
\u00b7 Data Portability: Users are allowed to request or remove their account and related personal information with a request to Pelsis whereby the request will be fulfilled within 30 days.
\u00b7 Regular Audits and Monitoring: Active monitoring and alerting is in place to protect and notify breaches in policies. Scheduled audits of granted access and associated roles are executed quarterly.

Other data is visible in the App (though not manually entered by the user, it is generated by the software on the device and from the cloud service):
